    Not all monsters are found in fiction, there are some that, without a doubt, are as real as any other animal or thing that inhabits this planet, like the case we will see today of a strange amorphous and mutant beast, we begin.

This case that is presented to us today was about a group of amorphous and pulsating creatures, worthy of a cheap horror movie, that were seen by scientists, and although this may not seem to be something real, it is, and it was seen by scientists in North Carolina.

This occurred in April 2009, when the company Malphrus Construction, based in South Carolina, was hired to send a surveillance camera into the sewer pipes beneath Cameron Village in Raleigh, North Carolina. The objective of this mission was to check the infrastructure of the sewer lines, more sewage and what you might expect to find in a sewer, their cameras found a completely unexpected discovery: unidentified, undeniably grotesque stains adhered to the sewer wall, and even more horrifying, they are palpitating, proving to be alive.

These creatures were so strangely unfathomable that some believe they could have come from another world, They received nicknames such as "the stain" or the "Cameron village monster", The footage was uploaded to social networks and became famous, attracting the attention of media outlets such as NBC, FOX and ABC, and although many believed that it was a montage, this video is real and I leave it at the end of this article.

The case was never solved, leaving the biologists disconnected, although it is believed that they were a colony of invertebrates, The hypothesis is being considered that it is actually a colony of Tubifax worms, which had slowly made their way towards the weak points of the pipes, although there are doubts about this, since it does not present characteristics similar to such annelids.

A professional from North Carolina State University pointed out that these were similar to hydras, especialmente a hydras colonial type, but to date this remains unanswered, nor has anyone gone looking for this creature, perhaps due to lack of interest or because it is not worth it, So this may remain a mystery forever or until it is decided to go look for this creature that is at the bottom of those pestilent abysses.
